PRO STAFF AGREEMENT 2026

At Rock Ridge Outdoors, we believe in creating a fun positive community that strives to bring great products that assist in the success of our fellow outdoor enthusiasts. The below are what we expect from our pro staff team.

  • You must at all times conduct yourself professionally and with a high level of respect for everyone.
  • You agree to be a positive influence in the outdoor community.
  • You agree to abide by all local, state and federal game laws.
  • You agree to utilize your Social Media following and influence to assist in Rock Ridge promotion, pro tips and product training.
  • Selling any products below the set pricing structure is strictly prohibited.
  • Misrepresentation or misuse of any Rock Ridge products is strictly prohibited.
  • All staff pricing is confidential and should not be shared with anyone including other team members.
  • Sharing design information or trade secrets is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of this agreement.

I understand that I am an influencer representing Rock Ridge Outdoors LLC and/or any associated brands under the Rock Ridge Outdoors umbrella (Cupped Waterfowl, Dead Ringer, & The Grind).

Influencer Perks

    • Cupped Waterfowl

  • Your content used and shared on Rock Ridge socials
  • Chances for performance-based bonuses
  • Participation in contests and giveaways
  • First look and testing of new products

Rock Ridge Outdoors reserves the right to end this agreement at any time, as does the team member.

Content & Media Use
I grant Rock Ridge Outdoors, LLC and its associated brands permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, social media content, testimonials, and other content that I provide or create in connection with my participation on the Rock Ridge Outdoors Pro Staff team.
This permission includes, but is not limited to, use in social media, websites, email marketing, advertising, catalogs, promotional materials, video, television, trade shows, and other marketing or promotional purposes.
Rock Ridge Outdoors may continue to use content provided or created during my participation on the Pro Staff team even after my participation or relationship with Rock Ridge Outdoors ends.

Name, Image & Likeness
I authorize Rock Ridge Outdoors and its associated brands to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with this content.

Compensation & Royalties
I understand that I will not receive additional payment or royalties for Rock Ridge Outdoors' use of this content unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Hunting & Outdoor Conduct
I confirm that content submitted to Rock Ridge Outdoors will depict lawful and ethical hunting and outdoor practices. I am responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Social Media Disclosure
When posting or promoting Rock Ridge Outdoors or its brands, I agree to clearly disclose my relationship with Rock Ridge Outdoors when required, including when I receive products, discounts, rewards, or other benefits through the Pro Staff program.
